Higher Degree Research (HDR) Indigenous Policy Conference
14 & 15 November 2017
Drawing Room, University House, The Australian National University
This conference will bring together presenting higher degree research scholars and academics and policy discussants in a forum addressing issues of public policy. The event seeks to explore questions of impact and effectiveness in research, and the ways in which insights may reach and inform diverse audiences of knowledge makers and knowledge users including policy makers, Indigenous communities, organisations and academia.
Hosted by the Centre for Aboriginal Economic Policy Research, this event is open to current and recently submitted HDR scholars across a range of disciplinary fields and perspectives who wish to share their research and reflect on the range of potential impacts in their work. All topics of relevance to Indigenous policy and research are welcome. An outcome of the conference will be an edited monograph.
