Isabel Palm is a Research Officer working on the evaluation of the Local Decision Making initiative under the NSW Government’s OCHRE (Opportunity, Choice, Healing, Responsibility, Empowerment) Plan for Aboriginal Affairs in NSW. The Local Decision Making initiative aims to transfer control of service design and delivery to Aboriginal communities. Isabel assists in the design, implementation, management and reporting of research activities and provides support to Community Based Researchers. She completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Environmental Studies, with a minor in Development Studies, at the Australian National University in 2020.
